There have been reports previously that "Red Dead Redemption" will be announced in the upcoming E3 this year and the fans were hopeful that finally their will be some update about their favorite game. However, just one month before E3, new reports came out that there will be no official announcement at the event.

Reports indicate that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will not be released during E3, as speculated previously. Earlier reports said that the fans should not expect the game to be announced or released at E3, even though Straus Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, said that they would attend the event.

Take-Two Interactive is the parent company of Rockstar Games that is responsible for working on the upcoming title. Reports suggest that even though Take-Two is known to surprise its fans at E3, but Rockstar Games does not follow the same practice. They don't usually plan big surprises at E3, so it is unlikely for them to announce the release of the game.

According to a Reddit user, AnonDN1978, who claims to be an ex-Rockstar Games developer, "Red Dead Redemption 2" will come out with the official title "Red Dead Redemption 2: Legends of the West." He also suggested that the upcoming game will actually be a prequel.

But the new reports claim that this report is not true. Many fans and critics are very disappointed to learn that the game will not be announced at E3. To make matters worse, new reports also indicate that the "Legend of the West" reports are also fake because no official statement has been released by Rockstar Games yet.
