Kim Go Eun and Kim Dong Wook refuse dating rumors
On May 5, a press outlet reported that Kim Go Eun and Kim Dong Wook have seen dating recently in an Island of the Philippines.
Rumors spreading that they are enjoying a short vacation in Cebu, Philippines.
However, Kim Go Eun's agency Jang In Entertainment stated, "It is not true that the Kim Go Eun and Kim Dong Wook are dating. They are close sunbae and hoobaes, but not a couple. The two are members of a scuba diving club. They went to the Cebu, Philippines along with other club members to obtain licenses. They were not just the only two that went to Cebu." Allkpop reported.
Kim Dong Wook's agency KeyEast Entertainment also denied the dating rumors saying that they are a member of scuba diving organization and just went to the Philippines for a club meeting.
Meanwhile, Kim Go Eun is currently starred in a new big screen movie "Canola". This movie will tell the story of high school student Hye-Ji (Kim Go-Eun), who is a troubled teen with a scarred mind and a secret. She is dramatically reunited with her grandmother, Gye-Choon (Youn Yuh-Jung), after going missing for 12 years. Gye-Choon lives as a hanyeo (female diver) on Jeju Island.
Canola will be released on the big screen on May 19 in Korea.
Kim Go Eun is also popularly known for her character as the leading actress in the Korean drama "Cheese in the Trap".
Kim Dong Wook is popularly known in his role as a waiter in the Korean drama "Coffee Prince". He was also featured in different variety shows and starred in Korean films.
