Freddie Highmore has once again proved himself as a strong storywriter by delivering the latest episode of Bates Motel insanely attention-grabbing and appealing, keeping the real essence of the psychological based thriller series.

Followed by unparalleled and unanticipated scenarios, Norman is contended as he can sleep in his own home tonight in the company of his mother. But new storylines stretched out as there will be some obvious discrepancies between the stepfather and Norman.

The awkward confrontation between the mother and the son in the middle of the night will unravel the anxieties and insecurities that are surrounding Norman. Alterations and modifications in the motel such as the large television and the DVDs and the gifts brought by Alex Romero, the new husband, will start bothering Norman who has just been released from a confined therapy.

So what exactly does Norman desire from her mother? Nothing else, but attention! The time spent in the Pine View Mental Institution has been a challenging one, as the imprisonment has made him even more frustrated and groggy.

The 'future' Norman is, thus, a bad news for people around him. Norma, of course, is a bit shattered as to how the new relationships will be damaged and how her son might not take the sheriff in a positive perception. Norman also creeps out and does not accept the fact that his mother and the sheriff has already involved in an intimate association due to which his jealousy and attachment continues to cultivate.

The episode also shows Norman and Norma sleeping in the same bed. The former believes that their relationship might rekindle if they sleep together.

Stay tuned for more updates as bates motel airs every Monday at 9pm on A&E.
