UFC super star Ronda Rousey is on the comeback trail after being in the sidelines and away from the public glare, following her humiliating knock out defeat to Holly Holm in the title match for the UFC Women's Bantamweight Championship last year. Rousey's had been knocked out in the bout that took place last November in Melbourne, Australia in a matter of seconds through vicious kicks and punches to the head by Holly Holm was left with a swollen and bloodied face following the end of the bout. Following that fight, Rousey went into hiding and did not emerge in public for a long time, although she had been pictured with her face covered a few days after that bout.

It seemed that she was hugely embarrassed by her defeat in one of the biggest bouts of the year and perhaps that was the reason why she did not come out in public or give out dates regarding her return to the UFC. However, a video, possibly recorded by a fan who might have been on the prowl, has emerged which shows the star engaged in high intensity workout in the beach and UFC fans would be pleased to know that it can only mean one thing-that the star is on the comeback trail. In fact, the person who uploaded the video, even captioned the videa with the words 'ready for the ring' and if one has a look at the video then he will be left in no doubt that the star is definitely on the right track as far as her return is concerned.

It needs to be remembered that when Ronda Rousey lose her fight in November, she was the overwhelming favourite to win it and the way in which she lost her title came as a shock to everyone. It seems that physically she did not have a problem but like it is the case with many athletes, she needed to work herself to her peak menatlly and it seems she has done so, considering the intensity of her workout.
