WWE News and Rumors: Enzo Amore Suffers Near Fatal Concussion at WWE Payback
Wrestling is a dangerous sport and in spite of the hours that wrestlers spend in perfecting their manoeuvres, there is always the chance that something might go wrong when they are in the ring. Over the years, plenty of wrestlers have suffered from career curtailing injuries due to slight miscalculations or going for moves that they might not have practiced as much however a concussion is something that a professional might not have a lot of control on and it was a concussion that halted last night's tag team match up at WWE Payback. The medical team attended to Amore immediately after the injury and the match was called off. He was taken to a hospital, located not far from the arena and several tests were conducted on the wrestler.
Popular and much loved WWE star Enzo Amore and Colin 'Big Cass' Cassidy have formed a potent tag team pairing and were up against the equally formidable tag team pairing of The Vaudevillains.The match was rightly one of the most highly anticipated match ups in the Pay Per View considering the fact that a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championship was at stake for the victors and there was no surprises in relation to the intensity on show from both sets of wrestlers. The two teams had been the top dogs following the tag team elimination tournament that was organised on WWE RAW.

However, the incident took place when Amore was hurled across the ropes and in the process seemed to snap his neck. As mentioned earlier the match was called off and he was rushed to the hospital for tests. However, it is indeed a great piece of news that all the tests showed that there was absolutely no problem with him and he was discharged from the hospital after a short while.
