It's shame for Bethesda. A new unofficial mod from a diehard Fallout 4 fan has just offered gamers an all-around bug fix to rectify multiple issues within the highly popular post-apocalyptic game that its maker apparently didn't bother to solve.

Gamers who are fond of Bethesda's open world games are pretty much aware of the glitches and bugs that often come in the way of good gaming experience. For games like Fallout 4 or the 'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim', a bug-free game can be an exhaustive task for developers especially with all the big and wide maps filled with intricate designs, elements, and a plethora of mind boggling features.

Now that an unofficial patch for Fallout 4 arrives, people are hoping to see all bugs and glitches fixed. According to the latest Neurogadget update, the said patch appeared to have solved a number of bugs linked to gameplay, items, NPCs, quests, and more at the time of this writing.

Put up by the anonymous Unofficial Patch Project Team, the community-driven effort is the latest project by the same group responsible for doing a nice job on similar patch projects in the past such as the bug fix for Bethesda titles like 'The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Skyrim' as per Game Rant.

With the aid of community-developed tools and Creation Kit, the mod now comes in an easy and ready-to-install package which requires Fallout 4 patch 1.5.146 or greater. The creators of the bug fix guarantee that it is safe to download and install the said patch on an existing save game.

"All of the unofficial patches come with scripts designed to go over the state of things we've fixed and make sure your save is up to date with those. You can install them at any point during your game, whether you've completed the entire main quest or you just left Vault 111 for the first time", said Arthmoor (one of the brains behind the unofficial patch project) as quoted by WCCF Tech.
