The Guardians of Peace or GOP, the hacker group that got into Sony Pictures Entertainment computers, have sent another ominous message to the employees, Thursday, indicating that they still have access to their computers.

The message flashed on several computer screens of the employees threatened dire consequences if their demands were not met, according to sources in the know how, reports the Times.

Sony Pictures' computers were breached almost three weeks ago and employment data and infernal files were compromised. Initial investigations pointed fingers at hackers from North Korea, with some server addresses traced to a hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. But North Korea has denied all allegations.

The  hackers have demanded that Sony pictures not release the movie, 'The Interview', which is a comedy based on an assassination attempt on a Korean dictator by two bumbling agents.

It is difficult to keep out sophisticated cyber attacks from breaching the most secure computer systems, according to investigators, but Federal Bureau Investigators say that Sony's internal security was weak.

The Bureau has also refused to comment on the Pyongyng connection and said they found no "attribution" to that link, says a Guardian report.

The hackers have posted online several compromising details and emails of Sony Pictures executives and high profile clients like Hollywood personalities and their aliases, new movies, salaries etc. Sony executives have apologised publicly for mocking Barack Obama, and Angelina Jolie among others in their private emails.
