Oppo F1 Plus Release Date, Specs and Rumors: Pricing to be around $250

Oppo is the second largest smartphone manufacturer in China. They came out with their new device called the F1 plus it's also known as R9 in some different regions. It's the first phone to concentrate on selfie-oriented camera purposes. The F1 plus is the second camera-centric phone in their "F" series. For around 250$ of pricing, is it actually worth the pricing? Let's find out. 

This phone as mentioned is also called as "R9" due to different naming in different regions. This device was released in march and is already available in the markets. It is sized about 6-inches in size and weighs around 150gms. This phone houses two sim slots both being nano standards. There are LTE bands in the phones along with EVDO and HSPA bands.

This phone comes with a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with a screen-to-body ratio of 73.9. A Full-HD display phone has a pixel density count of 401. With multi touch being present, the phone is secured by corning gorilla glass version 4 with their own Color OS skin v3.0 present on the operating system.

The phone runs on Android's old version of Lollipop v.5.1 on a Mediatek MT6755 Helio chip P10 clocked at 2.0ghz in a eight core chipset cortex-A53 and a Mali-T860MP2 GPU. The storage can be spaced up to 64GB internally with an additional storage space up to 128GB through a micro-SD card. 4GB of Ram powers the phone. 

The camera comes in a decent 13MP sensor capable of shooting low light photos with a powerful f/2.2 aperture which can also face-detect and of course focus frames automatically and also houses LED flash. This device can also shoot photos in HDR mode and of course panoramas. The video shoots can be made upto 1080p at 30 frames per second. The secondary camera comes at a surprising more capacity with 16MP also capable of shooting low light photos at f/2.0 aperture.

All other features are common like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, hotspot and Bluetooth v4.0 along with GPS. However there is no FM radio chip in-phone with microUSB v2.0 port used for data transfer etc. This phone however has fast charging to charge up its 2850mAh non-removable battery. It comes in two variants of Gold with the other being Rose Gold.
