A 4-Day, 51-Movie Marathon Announced By Disney Channel for Completion of 100 Original Movies

The experiences of childhood can be experienced and leveraged as adults as well. In fact, this is the primary objective behind the Disney Channel, telecasting 51 original movies over a period of four days.

With this, viewers would enable views to relive their old sweet days and bring in fresh memories of the awesome times spent in the past.

This venture of theirs is in celebration of the successful release of their 100 original movies.

The Disney Channel original Movie Franchise kickstarted in the year 1997 with the release of "Under Wraps" and now, they are getting stronger and stronger with the release of the last one to complete 100, movie - Adventures in Babysitting. This film is all set to feature later in the year 2016, and would mark the completion of 100 movies, including some of the best classics of all times.

According to reports, Adventures in Babysitting may resemble one of their movies which featured in 1987 starring Elisabeth. However, the two films may share a similar premise, but they are not a remake or a sequel of each other. In order to celebrate their success and honor the release, Disney Channel would be showcasing 51 of its best movies over a period of 4 days for the viewers to relish.

The four day marathon starts on May 27, 2016 and goes till the May 30. The first day would feature classics such as "High School Musical 2", "Read it and Weep", "Jump In!" and a lot more. The second day will feature "Halloweentown II", "The Even Stevens Movie," amongst others. And the third day will have "The Thirteenth Year", "Right on Track", "Motocrossed" and others. The final day looks to be the most promising with "High School Musical", "Genius" and "Descendants" amongst a lot more.

With such classics, Disney's 51-movie marathon will be a feast to the eye and a perfect celebration of the Memorial Day weekend.
