Not much has been said or written about EA's plans to release their popular real life simulation game, "The Sims 4," on PS4 and Xbox One. Even though there is no official update, the fans haven't stopped anticipating its release sometime soon. The good news is that the game is soon to receive a kid-friendly expansion before the end of Spring.

News reports indicate that "The Sims 4" may be delayed on consoles due to technical issues that the developers are facing into porting the game. The reports also state that this is already disturbing fans who have been eagerly waiting for some information from EA.

The company has not yet commented on the recent issue which means that the fans can stop worrying about the rumors, at least for now. It is also speculated that it is only a matter of time, say a few months, when EA will finally make the announcement about the game's availability on consoles.

Meanwhile, PC and Mac gamers can enjoy recent updates that were released just a few months ago. EA has already introduced new content and fixed the existing bugs that allows the fans to enjoy the game seamlessly. The new content includes the Egg Challenge where the players have to collect eggs and gain rewards in return. Another is the Spring Challenge where the players are required to plant and care for their crops.

In fact, fans will be happy to learn that EA is all set to release the next DLC for "The Sims 4." The new restaurant expansion pack will be released late spring. The new expansion pack will be followed by a kid-themed pack.
