After spending an entire week in Bhutan, the royal tour of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge has ended. The trip was filled with beautiful memories indeed with Kate Middleton looking her best as ever.

Kate Middleton followed her husband, Prince William everywhere and the couple displayed sheer elegance. The couple looked extremely happy, donning an incredible wardrobe, as they indulged themselves in the beauty of local places together.

However, one thing stood out completely for both of them. Everyone would have noticed that Kate Middleton and Prince William were never seen or photographed holding each other's hand or embracing each other during the entire trip.

According to reports, etiquette coach Myra Meika believes that Will and Kate avoided such public display of affection (PDA) because of their officially designated role abroad.

"There is no actual etiquette or royal protocol that says the couple must refrain from the PDA. The likely reason is more that while traveling on a tour such as the India trip, technically the couple are working representatives of the British Monarchy," said Meika, in a statement. The couple are likely to show very little PDA, if any, to remain professional during their designated roles abroad."

Despite the restriction and obvious obligations, people would love to see the couple display some intimacy in public. Regardless of their no-PDA behavior in the public, Will and Kate seems completely smitten with each other.

It has been four years since Will and Kate got married. The royal couple also have two children. Although they might not hold hands when spotted together in public, the two maintain a constant smile on their face.

During an interview for the documentary to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II 90th birthday, Kate revealed that she finds it hard to stop talking when she is on a walkabout.
