Song Joong-ki News: The Hallyu star to guest in an episode of “Running Brothers”

Hallyu star Song Joong-ki is confirmed to make a special appearance in a Chinese variety program "Hurry Up Brother". It is a Chinese version of the popular TV show "Running Man" it is still going to set in Korea.

The filming of Song Joong-ki's appearance on "Hurry Up Brother" will be on April 20 at 7 pm in a duty-free shop within Seoul. (soompi)

A representative of the show commented on the appearance of the hallyu star Song Joong-ki, "For this special episode, Song Joong-ki, who is currently the most popular star not only in Korea but also in China and overseas, was offered to appear as the special guest. Luckily, the hallyu star gladly accepted the offer because he has a special relationship to the show "Running Man" despite his countless promotions and busy schedules. (allkpop)

The cast of the program, including Angelababy, Deng Chao, and Li Chen, flew to Korea on April 17. Former EXO member Luhan also reported that he will be part of the said program and currently in Korea for the filming.

Korean and Chinese casts of the show will be meeting with each other but there are no clear details whether Song Joong-ki and the Korean cast will be reunited. (soompi)

Song Joong-ki who earned extreme popularity because of his character in the drama "Descendants of the Sun also plans to meet his Chinese fans through his appearance on the show.

"Hurry Up Brother," is based on the hit Korean series "Running Man," and will air on ZRTG: Zhejian Television.

Aside from his appearance on the show, series and numerous promotions of the actor are coming up. Song Joong-ki will also hold fan meetings across Asia that already started in Seoul last April 17. The next fan meeting will be held in Bangkok Thailand, on May 7
