NCT U made its official debut performance on a music program 'Music Bank' on April 15.

After their immense performance on 'MUSIC BANK' with their tracks "Without You" and The 7th Sense", the members share their thoughts about their first performance on stage.

According to allkpop, NCT U said, "Since it was our first performance on stage, with many people watching, we were very nervous but we are also excited and aspire to show what we've got. Though we still need to improve and practice, but we did our best."

Some members of NCT U have already made various appearances as a part of SM Rookies way back 2013, like members Jaehyun, Doyoung and Taeyong, the said debut performance isn't their first appearance as they shared, "We think we would have been even more nervous if it was the first time ever for us, but we tried to be more relaxed by thinking about our time with the SM Rookies."

NCT U is quite a different group since they have a unique format with other groups. This group consists of more than 40 members. So, NCT U was asked regarding this format that they have. As they responded, "The greatest qualities of NCT is that there is no limit to the total number of members, and we can be open to broad possibilities and even gain more experience. So the number of members in the group is exactly not really an essential factor."

NCT stands for "Neo Culture Technology" and under the brand of NCT, different units will debut based in different countries around the world. So this group has a completely different format than other groups. It is under the record label SM Entertainment.

NCT U made their debut with their tracks "The 7th Sense" and "Without You". For a week, their official MV's garnered million of views.
