The saga of super villains "Suicide Squad," which is set to release on 5 August, 2016 offers good news to all Batman fans.

If the latest trailer is anything to go by, it is certain that the movie will have the Dark Knight (played by Ben Affleck) in a meatier role. Interestingly, for long, rumors had been doing the rounds regarding Batman's substantial screen presence.

The current trailer, released officially on MTV Music Awards, gives us a fair glimpse of the superhero chasing the Joker because he is miffed with the White House officials for having roped in the bad guys to fight the nameless threat.

According to reports, this DC movie brings the Batman villains on a single platform. Hence, the Caped Crusader was sure to have some fair screen presence and would be seen troubling the villains.

As for the baddies, the trailer is packed with humor and action, showing the villains and the vamps having a gala time. Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) is seen delivering funny one liners, as she gets more footage than others. Joker (Jared Letto) and El Diablo (Jay Hernandez) also feature prominently, with their badass looks and lines. And there is the assassin Deadshot (Will Smith) who is reminding the squad that they are the evil guys.

Meanwhile, rumors were doing the rounds that some parts of the movie are being reshot in order to add more humor, a visibly lacking aspect in the recently released "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" for which it also drew flak. But director David Ayer has denied the rumors. The same has been also been reiterated by actor Jai Courtney who plays Boomerang in the movie. In an interview, he was heard saying that they already have ample dose of humor in the movie.
