As the premier date for highly anticipated season 6 of "Game of Thrones" draws near, the promotion for the show is in full swing. Isaac Hempstead, playing Bran Stark, said that his character will be back in Season 6 after being absent from the previous one.

In an interview, the English actor said that Bran will now assume the role of "kingmaker" in the conquest for the coveted Iron Throne. This will be a welcome change from Bran's usual role of "run and hide."

"Particularly this season, he's almost read the script. He knows what's going on all around the world. So this year, I kind of approached it as if Bran had just watched the show the whole time," he told the publication.

"When we meet Bran in season 6, he's still got a lot of learning to do, but expect lots of magic," he went on to say.

Speaking of magic, fans should gear up because there will be lots, teased the actor. The viewers will be able to see his "extraordinary enabling capabilities," which he will manifest by, for example, causing an "earthquake."

But the most consequential ability he has is the power to look back into his past, present and the future of Westeros.

As has already been that Bran has finally located the Three-Eyes Raven's lair in a cave, farther north of the Wall, in season 4. Earlier reports suggested that the Raven has been training Bran from the start.

Just like other seasons, this one too will have 10 episodes and is said to be based on yet-to-be-released sixth novel from George R R Martin. The show will air on April 24 on HBO.
