Apple Event on March 21 came and went with not so much as a word about Apple MacBook Pro. Instead what we saw was an upgraded rendition of iPhone 5s, named as iPhone SE and Apple Watch. However, even though the company is tight lipped about its MacBook, tech aficionados are predicting that the Pro models will be launcged during WWDC event on June 13.

Apple reveals its laptop range during this quarter and 13-inch MacBook Pro was updated last year around the same time. Either Apple will have a separate event, solely for the launch of MacBook Pro 2016 or will use WWDC as a platform to unveil their laptops.

MacBook Pro 2016 is one of the most sought after laptops this year and for a good reason. Rumor has it that the Pro will feature newest generation of Intel chipset, Skylake Processor. As a result, the new laptop will offer improved performance due to this technology. Skylake will not only make the Apple machine more effective but will also improve the battery's life. 13-inch MacBook Pro claims 10-hours of battery life while the 15-inch model will last for eight hours. If the speculations are indeed spot on, then the new laptops will have at least 12-hours of battery life.

Another gossip doing the rounds about MacBook Pro is that the laptop will have a detachable touchscreen. As far as the design is concerned, it will stick to the similar look as its other models in the past.

Fans can also look forward to Siri on MacBook, 256 GB storage space, touch ID and lots more. However, nothing has been confirmed by the company yet.
