Call of Duty Black Ops III: New DLC Pack to Include World At War Map

According to recent news, the new content scheduled for COD will first go live on PS4, followed by Xbox One and PC versions thereafter. The new expansion pack, called Eclipse, will not only include a new chapter with zombies in it but will also incorporate a reimagining of Banzai, Call of Duty: World at War map.

The map is said to be medium-sized, allowing the players to move fast through waterfalls, tunnels, fortresses and bridges, keeping the action flowing speedily.

The new expansion pack will also feature three other multiplayer maps along with the Verge, plus the Spire, a high-tech civilian map with multiple danger zones to keep an eye out for so that they can prevent falling into the Earth's stratosphere.

The Rift, which is also on the list, contains high-tech military complex where the players will be pitted against defunct railroad systems, funnels, tunnels, and corridors.

One map that is really worth noting is a Chinese themed map, the Knockout, which is set inside a Shaolin Temple. This mid-sized, mid-range map comes with exterior architecture to to navigate through with the parkour setup, as well as some 1970s-themed interior hallways for those who are into the Black Ops III CQC endeavors kind of deal.

The last map is based on the DLC title, Zetsubou No Shima. The map will show zombie hunters battling between time and space they continue their fight against the undead. They have access to strange traps, weapons and work in teams to blast their way through the hordes of zombies.

Activision says that the zombie map will feature new zombie enemies, new traps and transport system. There will be plenty of secret goodies that can unlocked in the upcoming map that will keep the players hooked.

The latest expansion will be released on PS4 on April 19 and followed by Xbox One and PC. No versions of this game will be available for Xbox 360 or PS3.
