Pokemon Z rumors have been churning out the rumor mill but nothing certain about the game has been announced officially. What fans have so far are conflicting claims with the purported title being debated by many.

Recent speculations that game developers were all set to release the game to coincide with Pokémon's 20th anniversary. But until Nintendo and The Pokemon Company make an official announcement, nothing will certainly prove the special edition game's existence especially.

Nevertheless, fans apparently remain undeterred and many believe that with the release of the Pokemon Sun and Moon, it will only be a matter of time before the purported release of the game comes after it. As reported by Day Herald, Pokemon Z was supposedly a culmination for predecessors Pokemon X and Y. But as days pass by, the possibility of its launching is getting dimmer.

Neurogadget is even adding more fuel of skepticism saying Pokemon Z is unlikely to be released considering that the Pokemon Company has more than enough titles already waiting to be launched.

MobiPicker, on the other hand, fans still hold on believing that the 20-year-old franchise will continue its proven habit of making joint title connections. For example, Pokemon Red and Blue had Yellow, Pokemon Gold and Silver had Crystal, and so were Ruby and Sapphire with Emerald. Along that logic, fans have strong reasons to believe that Pokemon X and Y will eventually have Z producing a Pokemon X, Y, and Z series.

With the future of Pokemon Z hanging in the balance, fans are yet to hear from the creators how things will proceed from this day forward. Meanwhile, simulated reality is set to become a trend in the world of gaming. In fact, Pokemon Go is a real world-based gaming on mobile. It has been announced as a location-based game suited for mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.
