Josh Duggar News and Rumors: Josh and Wife, Anna, Spotted Together
Josh and Anna Duggar were spotted in a little retail therapy session as they went furniture browsing on Saturday afternoon, said an eyewitness.
According to a poster from A Previously TV, using alias MrsJumbo, said that she saw the couple engaged in a conversation with another couple as they passed their daughter, Meredith, back and forth. The two were accompanied by Anna's sister, Priscilla and her husband, David Waller, who were apparently in town for Easter weekend.
"Anna was decked out in leather jacket, knee length skirt & ankle booties & full makeup. She looked prettier & thinner than she does on tv. (Making me wonder if the rumor that she is trying to look good for Smugs is true)," the comment read.
"Smugger looked MUCH thinner than on tv. Maybe the stress is getting to him. They both
looked happy & were passing the baby back & forth while they were talking with the other couple."
"Smuggar," or "Smugs," is a moniker for Josh Duggar, used on the internet. There are also rumors that his wife, Anna, was on a weight loss program while her husband was away.
Josh and Anna were at the Sam's, a furniture in Springdale, Arkansas, perhaps buying furniture for their new home. Josh, for now doesn't have a steady source of income. Duggar's reality series, "19 Kids and Counting," has been cancelled by TLC. The channel pulled away from Josh after his explosive confessions. Things became worse after "Gawker" discovered that the reality star has a paid account on Ashley Madison too. Last year in August, Josh even went on to admit his infidelity to his wife, and subsequently, he checked into a six-month Christian treatment program.
He returned from his treatment earlier this month and it is still unclear as to how he plans to provide for his family, now that his professional situation looks bleak at best.
