A new trailer for "Game of Thrones" S6 that just came out during NCAA March Madness game gave fans a little snapshot of what is to come in the next season.

Look clearly into the flashing scenes of Season 6 trailer of popular HBO series, "Game of Thrones," and you can see dragon flying overhead, captive Daenerys looking fearless and a voice in the background, "Are you afraid? You should be. You're in the great game now and the great game is terrifying."

But amongst these flash of images, something more promising could be seen. While whether or not Jon Snow will live in the next season is still alluded from the trailer, it does give a little glimpse into the possible true origins of our most beloved character.

Set to premier on April 24, viewers are taken into Robert's rebellion, young Ned Stark and the Tower of Joy, in a split-second frame.

There is a lot of speculation that this season will give viewers a little perspective into the chain of events that led to the seven kingdoms, as we know it.

According to the books, Lyanna death is shrouded by mystery and Ned Stark returns to Winterfell with a baby boy that he called his bastard son and named Jon Snow.

But as far as the fan speculation goes, Lyanna became pregnant with Rhaegar's child and as Robert killed Rhaegar, Ned battled all the way to Tower of Joy where he found his sister dying. He made a promise to his sister. But what was this promise? In trailer images, one can see a figure, presumably young Ned Stark, getting ready to fight as he draws his sword.
