A video went viral on Tuesday of Katt Williams being beaten by a "7th grader."

The video was first posted by TMZ and reveals the comedian being choked by a 7th grader after sucker punching the teen. Who first provoked the fight is still being figured out.

According to Hollywood Life, witnesses say that Luke, the 17-year-old who fought Williams, was the one who started the fight.

"That kid purposely provoked [Katt] into the fight. He told all his friends way in advance that he was going to get in [Katt's] face, talk smack and not back down until Katt hit him," the source says. "He told [all his friends] to film it."

Yet, Luke claims, that it was the comedian that started the brawl.

"We were playing a game of soccer and I just thought it was a soccer game," Luke told the Daily Mail, "but stuff happens in sports. He took me over to a secluded area and asked me to hit him and I was like 'I'm not just going to hit you. You want to square up?' And then he sucker-punched me so I did what I did."

The uncut version seems to be siding with Katt however no comment has yet come from the comedian about the fight.

TMZ reports that now police are investigating the situation to see if Katt had violated his conditions of his bail after being arrested for many criminal charges including drug and weapon charges, a fight onstage, and terrorist threats, according to the Washington Post.
