Watch DeepMind's program AlphaGo battle one of the best Go player of all time Lee Sedol (9-dan pro), he is arguably the top Go player of the past decade, in a $1M 5-game challenge match in Seoul. This is the livestream for Match 3 (Game 3) to be played on: 12th March 13:00 KST (local), 04:00 GMT; note for US viewers this is the day before on: 11th March 20:00 PT, 23:00 ET.

Lee is down 2-0 to AlphaGo and is determined to snatch at least one game. (He intially said he will win 5-0 against AlphaGo before the match). However, it seems like a tough mission for Lee to even win a game at this time after finding out that AlphaGo is a new monster that has incredible analysing skills.

Go (Baduk in Korean) is a game in which two players "battleto win more territory by placing black and white 'stones' on a board made up of 19 x 19 lines."

DeepMind, purchased by Google in 2014, told "The algorithms we build are capable of learning for themselves directly from raw experiences or data . . . " Their goal is to "Solve Intelligence" and "use it to make the world a better place."

Lee said after the second match loss. "Yesterday I was surprised, but today it's even more than that," the South Korean said, his forlorn expression captured on the video cameras recording the event in the lobby of a swanky Seoul hotel.

The world will watch to see if Lee Sedol can comeback to win at least one game against the powerful new AI AlphaGo today. Lee and AlphaGo will still play all five games regardless of today's result.
