Bobbi Kristina's death in July 26 last year led to a lot of lawsuits, the most recent was against her nurse said to be taking care without a license.

Taiwo Sobamowo, 32, is said to be dragged behind bars at the Gwinnett County jail Sunday and has faced charges like practicing registered nursing without a license, financial identity fraud, and false identification documents, according to People.

Sobowamo took care of Bobbi Kristina Brown in her last days at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth until her death in July. She was first charged in September last year with investigators in Forsyth County following the tip to question the nurse' credentials, CBS News said.

Despite the allegations, previous police records show that there are no traces that Sobowamo perpetrated the death of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter.

"Our investigation has revealed no license or registration on record through the Georgia Board of Nursing for Sobamowo," the Duluth police authorities said previously.

Since her death, there have been lots of lawsuits and an ongoing investigation of Bobbi Kristina's closest associations, including her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

While the 22-year old is still in her coma state, her estate conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, filed a $10 million civil against Nick Gordon for allegedly physically abusing Bobbi Kristina and extorting money from her bank account, E! Online said.

In the lawsuit, Hargrove alleged Gordon of harming his girlfriend and then injecting her with a toxic mixture.

Nick Gordon's lawyers, however, released a counter statement claiming the falsity of the allegations.

"The lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless. Nick intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most," says the statement.
