Mariah Carey may be Nick Cannon's last as the TV host said he may never choose to get married again in the future.

I feel like marriage isn't for everyone. A friend of mine put it the funniest way. He said, 'If you heard that there was a 50/50 chance of living or dying when you jump out of a plane, you probably wouldn't go skydiving," the America's Got Talent host said to Dujour in a report from People.

Cannon drew his realization from his first marriage and think that it should teach him a lesson in the future.

"There's like a 50/50 chance of a marriage working. If it didn't work out for you the first time, and you still survived it, you probably shouldn't do it again."

The TV host maintained a friendly relationship and has agreed co-parenting with the songstress after the breakup. Despite such untraditional parenting setups, Cannon is still hopeful he can raise his kids well.

"I don't see a problem with them being different and having an eccentric upbringing. It's fascinating and fantastic. But it's about [teaching them] humility more than anything. Teaching them to be respectful - to make eye contact and say 'Yes, ma'am and 'Yes, sir. You can still be a diva and be humble. Mariah is a perfect example of that," he said as mentioned in US Weekly.

Mariah Carey has since moved on and is happily in a relationship with Australian billionaire, James Packer. According to a source, the songstress' new relationship does not make Nick Cannon feeling bitter. Instead, he is happy for her, Pulse.ng said.

"Nick and Mariah are on better terms these days. Mariah is in really good spirits and there has not been arguments with them for sometime now... Nick is doing really well in his personal life and he just wants Mariah to be happy. He feels as long as his kids are in good hands, he will support any decision Mariah makes," a source said.
