Since the announcement that Benedict Cumberbatch is Marvel's Dr. Strange, there have been lots of buzz and speculations as to what to expect in his character, its likeness to other superheroes and probable cast and release date of the movie.

Well, here are some answers that hopefully can satiate your enthusiasm in this fantastic movie set to be launched in November 16, 2016.

According to Marvel's Kevin Fiege via Screen Rush, the superhero has that time gem, the Eye of Agamotto, that will enable him to 'screw around with time.'

"In this film, the Eye is a very important relic that can be quite dangerous if used in the wrong hands, because it has the ability to do any number of things, the most dangerous of which is, it can sort of manipulate probabilities. Which is also another way of saying, 'screw around with time' - which is part of our story," he said.

The publication draws in likeness of the Eye of Agamotto with the Avenger's tesseract, the magic stones that Loki and Thor have as sources of their power and the power stone in Guardians of the Galaxy.

Fiege further enumerated other powers of the mystical hero ranging from shields, his Levitation Cloak, the creation of time portals and mandalas of light used to shield himself in times of strife and war among other powers.

In another interview with Entertainment Weekly, Cumberbatch give some hints about his experience in the filming of the action-packed movie.

"There's all sorts of craziness [in Doctor Strange] Falling, flying, jumping, fighting, punching, getting punched. It's really rough and tumble," he said.

Benedict Cumberbatch will star alongside with Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave) as Baron Mordo, Tilda Swinton, Rachel McAdams, Michael Stuhlbarg, Scott Adkins, Amy Landecker and Mads Mikkelsen. Roles for the performers were not yet disclose though as of writing, Coming Soon Net said.

Dr. Strange, which revolves around the amazing story of a surgeon who develops powers after surviing a car accident, is scripted by Jon Spaihts and directed by Scott Derrickson.
