Reality TV Star Kristin Cavallari Shares Emotional Tribute To Dead Brother, Michael

Days after he was reported missing while driving his 2014 Honda Civi, Michael Cavallari, brother of reality TV star, Kristen Cavallari was found dead five miles away from where his car was parked in San Clemente, California.

With his mysterious death, Laguna Beach and Hills alumna, Kristin Cavallari, expressed her grief towards her younger brother's passing.

"We want to thank everyone for their love, support and prayers during this very difficult time. We have just been informed by the authorities my brother's body has been found. This is a very painful time and we are still processing it all. We kindly ask everyone please respect our privacy during our time of grieving," the celebrity said in an interview with E! News.

She also paid a tribute to her brother Michael by posting a throwback picture on Instagram showing their baby days.

"My heart is in a million pieces. Mikey, I could always count on you to make me laugh. You had such a good heart and will be forever missed. I'm at a loss for words but I know u are in a better place and finally at peace. I love u so much RIP," the actress captioned the photo as mentioned in MTV.

According to NBC News, Michael Cavallari's body is said to have been found around 10:30am in a remote, steep and rocky area in the Salt Wash area five miles where his Honda Civic was found.

The Grand County Sheriff Office further said on Friday that the car was discovered on November 27, 100 feet away from Floy Wash Road.

"At approximately 10:30 a.m. search crews located remains believed to be that of Michael Cavallari. At this time, the body is being transported to the Office of the Utah Medical Examiner for positive identification and to determine the cause of death. The search crews were searching the Salt Wash area, near exit 175 on I-70 in Grand County. The terrain where the body was located is a steep and very rocky area," as the statement said as mentioned in E! Online.
