George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin may have celebrated their anniversary in low-key fashion but it does not mean that they are ending their marriage soon. In fact, latest reports said that the couple are expected to have a baby and is, in fact, building a very pricey nursery to welcome their new infant.

As mentioned in Realty Today, the celebrity couple is rumored to be building a $2 million dollar-worth baby wing in their Berkshire, England Mansion.

A source close to the couple said that the structure is fully-furnished with amenities and will have a " nursery, spa, mini swimming pool, children's library, two playrooms, and nanny quarters.

"They have already hired Los Angeles nursery designer Naomi Alon, and Amal is putting orders in at designer baby boutique Petit Tresor. Amal wants it to be a dream sanctuary!"

The actor and his barrister wife spend their first anniversary on October 3 with close friends Matt Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso, Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber at the Electric Cinema in Notting Hill.

Sources also said that the Batman actor has already assigned godparents which makes the pregnancy rumors more believable.

"Thats how keen he is to start a family. He's asked his best friends to be godparents before their little one has even been conceived," a source said.

Earlier, it was said that having a baby could help improve their marital equation and wipe out all divorce issues between the two who lead very busy lives, IB Times reported.

To make the baby plans possible, the couple is also rumored to be considering IVF treatment and started to conceive summer this year.

Earlier reports by the National Enquirer via Classicalite said that the George Clooney-Amal Alamuddin tandem may not last that long.

"The honeymoon is definitely over. To George, his marriage certificate is just like any other contract. The Amal experiment has backfired badly, and he's looking for a way out."
