Nick Gordon has been accused again of giving Bobbi Kristina Brown a toxic cocktail of drugs and assaulting her, which eventually caused her death.

The allegations this time around were made in court by the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown in response to a motion filed by Gordon's counsel to stay proceedings in a lawsuit. Bedelia Hargrove, the conservator of Bobbi Kristina had filed the lawsuit and claimed $ 10 million in damages. In the latest response, Hargrove argued that Gordon uses the court's process only when it suits him.

"Defendant Nicholas Gordon has no problem giving an interview to Dr. Phil but asks this court to relieve him of his legal responsibility to participate in discovery in this case," the response filed in the court, which was obtained by RadarOnline, reads.

Hargrove further alleged that Gordon physically abused Bobbi Kristina Brown on the night she was found unresponsive in the bathtub. Bobbi Kristina's legal conservator claimed Gordon injected her with a toxic mixture and later placed her in a bathtub.

Earlier, Nick Gordon's counsel filed a motion in a Fulton County Court, where the lawsuit is being heard, to not process with discovery arguing that any statements made by Gordon in the civil case may work against his defense of future criminal charges that may be launched against him, according to US Magazine.

Bobbi Kristina, the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter, died after being unconscious for months following brain damage she suffered at her Georgia home on January 31. The aspiring actress shared the home with her longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon who reportedly found her unconscious in the bathtub.
