A recent news making rounds on the internet is that of a McDonald's employee who is helping a disabled man to eat his meals by cutting his food for him. This photo was taken by a Facebook user, Destiny Carreno, at the Union Station Location in Chicago. This post has already been shared 300,000 times and was clicked and posted by Carenno as she made a stop during hour at this store. What she saw filled her eyes with tears, reported ABC 7 News.

The disabled man asked the cashier a few times before anyone could understand that he muttered "Help me please". The cashiers at the register were confused about the help the old disabled man needed from them. After discussing between each other for a while, they realized that he needed help in cutting his food. Destiny said when she witnessed this scene, she didn't think that the cashier would help him, especially when it was rush hour and the store is located in the busy downtown Chicago. However, to her shock, the cashier shut down the register, washed his hands, wore his gloves and sat down to cut his food for him. She added that "At that point, the tears started to gather in my eyes. My heart was so appreciative for what he did. I couldn't contain my emotions in the crowded restaurant", said Daily Mail.

In a statement sent to NBC, the franchise owner of that McDonald's, Rod Lubeznik, said that the company is very proud of Kenny for his kind gesture. He also said that the restaurant chain is very happy with the positive response following his good deed. The statement read ""It's a true testament to who Kenny is, and a reminder to us all that one seemingly small act of kindness can touch the hearts of so many".
