George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin, being a pro in their respective career, have been having troubles striking a compromise in their schedules. But a recent report said that the award-winning actor is willing to adjust his time to suit her wife's needs.

"When he proposed, the deal was struck on very clear terms. This is a marriage of equals, and Amal takes her work far too seriously to make compromises, so the only way it can work is if George fits his schedule around her," a source said via Design and Trend.

"It may sound harsh, but that's the reality," the insider said. "If your name is top of the bill, you can sort out filming schedules to suit you. Amal can hardly order an international court to adjourn to gad about Hollywood. George understands it, it keeps him on his toes and I've never seen a more blissfully happy couple."

Earlier, rumors surfaced that the barrister is not good in striking a balance between her marriage with the actor and her career. But the rumors have been shut down when the couple is considering having a baby which is hoped to improve their marriage, IB Times said.

"They plan to have a baby within the next year. They have had conversations about why they could have trouble conceiving," a source said.

Conception may prove to be difficult considering their busy lifestyle and their ages but the couple is rumored to consider IVF treatment.

"First off, George is in his mid-50's which means that the volume, mobility, and structure of his sperm will have declined. For her part, Amal is barely 100 pounds. If need be, they will consider outside help such as IVF. They'll do anything to have a baby, and soon."

Meanwhile, Amal also wants the best for Clooney as she wants him to be healthy and requires him to be in a strict diet, KDrama Stars reported.

In a previous report, the barrister wants the actor to follow the following rules, "no booze, no fatty meat, fewer dairy products, fewer carbs and regular cholesterol checks."
