David and Victoria Beckham's marriage is under recent scrutiny as the 18-year old relationship is rumored to be a mere façade in attaining financial gains in their career.

According to a source from OK! Magazine, the couple is just putting a 'united front' and has been concealing the truth from the public that their marriage is on the rocks.

"It's all part of promoting brand Beckham. "If it weren't for their public image, they would've split years ago," the source said.

Recently, marital conflicts got worse as the Manchester United veteran has other plans particularly in moving to Miami and co-own a baseball team.

Gossip Cop, however, slammed these rumors saying that OK Magazine's previous rumors are not true with Beckham's reps saying they are "utter nonsense, as usual, from OK! Magazine."

"They take no notice of this kind of tabloid rubbish," the rep said further saying that the whole family 'had a wonderful summer altogether in L.A., [and] they are a strong United family.'"

Meanwhile, it can be remembered in a 2013 Vogue interview that the former Spice Girls member admitted that her marriage with the football star has not been easy.

"We've had our ups and downs. But we're so proud of each other," Victoria Beckham told the fashion magazine but had not provided much details about it, Enstarz reported.

David and Victoria have been one of the adorable celebrity couples who got married in 1999 and have four children together, Brooklyn, Cruz, Romeo, and 3-year-old Harper Seven.

Meanwhile, with David Beckham's versatility being a football superstar-model-entrepreneur, new rumors said that he is also currently considering auditioning for the James Bond role as the current Bond, Daniel Craig would be relinquishing the role soon.

David's decision is said to have been influenced by fans who urged him to take on the role.
