Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey Update: America's Got Talent Host Fights Lupus While His Ex Is Desperate To Look Good For New Boyfriend James Packer

Nick Cannon's ex Mariah Carey gets too conscious with her figure while in a relationship with new Australian billionaire boyfriend, James Packer.

According to Classicalite, the Infinity songstress wants her breasts to be reduced and would want to lose some pounds through a surgical operation.

Despite the billionaire's convincing that the songstress is fine with her figure, the latter wants to undergo a breast reduction surgery.

"James says he like Mariah just the way she is, but she doesn't believe him. She's been complaining that they're too spread out and plastic-looking. She just wants to look good for him," the source said.

The 45-year old songstress who does not have complaints about her figure in the past is getting insecure lately considering that none of the game mogul's past wives or girlfriends have big boobs.

"Mariah used to love her big boobs...[but] Mariah was looking through pictures, and neither of James's ex-wives had big boobs," the source added.

The songstress is also considering to undergo gastric bypass surgery to manage her weight which would not go down with the traditional dieting and exercise, Yibada said.

Packer, on the other hand, has been supportive with the diva's plan and has vowed to finance the operation which also made him lose 75 pounds in 2011.

Meanwhile, while Mariah Carey is enjoying her new love life, Nick Cannon is struggling to survive from lupus. In previous weeks, he was hospitalized but in a recent Instagram post, he expressed his determination to win over the disease.

"Lupus slows me down but it ain't stopping me," he announced.

Mariah Carey is last seen spending time with her twins, Monroe and Moroccan Cannon at the Bronx Zoo in New York City, People said.

Photos posted in Instagram showed the mother-of-two getting near some zoo animals and taking an adorable snap of Monroe having fun at the fox ear display.
