With just a day to go before the much anticipated launch of two new iPhones, rumors are flying thick and fast.

The latest buzz is that Apple has ramped up screen resolutions of the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. According to BGR a Chinese leaker posted images showing the phone's specifications from a Apple's purported Chinese webpage that is expected to be posted after the phone's impending unveiling on Wednesday. The images show that the 4.7-inch iPhone 6S will have a resolution of 2000x1125 (488 ppi) and its bigger 5.5-inch cousin the iPhone 6S Plus 2208x1242(460 ppi). The resolutions and pixel densities are significantly higher than iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Another significant feature that the new iPhones will sport is the Force Touch. IB Times reports that Force Touch on the latest line of Apple devices including the Apple Watch will be further enhanced on the new iPhones which will feature '3D Force Touch'.

"While the MacBook trackpads and Apple Watch act on two levels of pressure, the differentiation between a tap and a press, the new iPhones will actually differentiate and unique act upon three levels of pressure: a tap, a press, and a deeper press, according to sources. The 3D Touch name is therefore derived from the new Force Touch sensor's ability to sense three dimensions of pressure, rather than just two," 9to5 Mac reported while describing the feature.
