After two exposes and much public shaming, the Duggar family had some cheer coming their way on Sunday when Amy Duggar tied the knot with Dillon King.

Amy, niece to Jim Bob and Michelle, married her finance of two months in a private ceremony in Arkansas. Around 400 guests were said to have been part of the wedding. According to People, Amy's wedding was attended by the entire Duggar clan including Josh Duggar's wife Anna.

"She's [Anna] been through so much," Amy told People. Josh and Anna Duggar's five-year-old daughter Mackynzie was the flower girl at the wedding.

Daily Mail reports that 28-year-old Amy was every bit the rebel she was in the Duggar clan. The bride dressed in a low neck and backless gown revealing her chest in stark contrast to the conservative dressing her cousins Jessa and Jill, daughters of Jim Bob Duggar, had chosen for their wedding. Amy, who is pursuing a career in music, has also been seen publicly sharing affection with her beau King before the wedding. Jim Bob Duggar believes that a couple should not kiss until after the wedding and holding of hands is restricted to engaged couples.

For the conservative Duggar family, the wedding was a respite following months of intense media glare and criticism thanks to Josh Duggar's adventures. Josh landed in the midst of two scandals this year. The first scandal broke when InTouch reported he had molested underage girls. TLC took off air the family's popular 19 Kids and Counting after child abuse allegations became public. More recently, Josh's name and personal details surfaced in data leaked by Ashley Madison hackers. He is currently in rehab.
