Fugitive Mexican Drug Lord El Chapo's Son Accidentally Twits His Location

His son accidentally disclosed the location of the world's drug lord who is the most wanted man. Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman.

Hence, Alfredo Guzman Salazar posted a family photograph in which his father, "El Chapo" was spotted ining with other men in a restaurant on his Twitter account on Aug. 31, 2015, according to 9News. However, he forgot to disable the location setting on his account, and revealed that "El Chapo's" was hiding in Costa Rica.

"August here, you already know with whom," Salazar, who is also wanted in Mexico, wrote underneath the picture, according to the New York Daily News.

The Costa Rican authorities even announced that they were investigating the Twitter post, but the police clarified that there were no records of Alfredo's presence in Costa Rica.

"El Chapo," Mexican drug lord and Sinaloa cartel boss is on the run, after he escaped from Altiplano prison, which is located 56 miles from Mexico City. He ran out in July through an underground tunnel.

Ex-President of Guatemala, President Otto Perez , submitted his resignation in the middle of a huge graft scandal, and admitted that Guzman had tried to negotiate a graft with him after he was arrested in 1993.

"The first thing (Guzman) did was try and negotiate. The (bribe) offer we got after his capture is perhaps 10 or 15 times the amount that you're accusing me of here, and I didn't do it because it went against my principles," the jailed former president told a court on Friday, according to hngn.
