Is Dakota Johnson's boyfriend, Matthew Hitt, responsible for the delay of the sequel, "Fifty Shades Darker"?

Just yesterday, reports were claiming that actor, Jamie Dornan, who stars opposite Johnson in the erotica romance franchise, wanted to take a break in order to spend time with his wife, Amelia Warner. The break would have delayed the start date for "Fifty Shades Darker."

There were also some reports that Dornan wanted the break after he finished with "Anthropoid" so that he can ease Warner's concerns over the fact that he will be filming a lot of raunchy sex scenes with Johnson again.

A new rumor, however, is reporting that Hitt is actually the reason why production will be delayed.

The rumor is alleging that Dornan has fallen for Johnson and is uncomfortable with the fact that she has gotten back together with her boyfriend. Since the two reunited, Dornan has supposedly been trying to delay the start of filming. Dornan has previously squashed rumors that he was interested in Johnson.

Despite the fact that Dornan has spoken out about how he is still madly in love with his wife and their child, these stories unfortunately keep popping up.

With no official word from the studio, it is unclear when the sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey" will start filming. The movie, which will be a lot darker than the first one, still does not have a director. Certain roles have also not been casted.

Singer Rita Ora has expressed her desire to return as Christian Grey's (Dornan) younger sister Mia and Eloise Mumford is expected to reprise her role as Kate, Anastasia Steele's (Johnson) roommate.

The scheduled release date for the movie is currently still Valentine's Day in 2017.
