Miles Teller's was not happy at all with how Esquire represented him in its September cover issue.

The "Fantastic Four" actor has spoken out after finding out that Esquire called him a "d***." Teller, 28, tweeted, "@esquire couldn't be more wrong. I don't think there's anything cool or entertaining about being a d*** or an asshole. Very misrepresenting."

Esquire had tweeted, while promoting the article, "Miles Teller is on a quest for greatness (with a bit of d***ishness too)."

Once the tweet was sent out, Teller's "Fantastic Four" co-stars were quick to defend him.

The opening line of the article reads, "You're sitting across from Miles Teller at the Luminary restaurant in Atlanta and trying to figure out if he's a d***."

The article, written by Anna Peele, acknowledges Teller's acting skills in several outstanding movies, such as "Rabbit Hole" and "Whiplash." Despite praising his talent, Peele still manages to make Teller sound standoffish and self-centered.

Peele writes, "So yeah, he is kind of a dick. But the thing is, you agree with him: His admittedly limited body of work so far, his oeuvre-a word you define and spell for him, so who's the dick now?-is pretty great... Not all of them were winners, but they allowed him to show his thing, his Tellerian essence, by talking faster and drinking more and seeming to give fewer shits and inhaling more of the oxygen in the room than anyone else."

Peele also divulges into Teller's crazy past, ranging from the terrifying car accident he was in to his allegedly pot-smoking days in college. The article also depicts Teller as a crazy party animal who drinks a lot.

At the ending, the article reminds its readers of Teller's "d***ish" character by writing, "He gives you a hug and goes off to contribute to the cache or catalog or canon or whatever the f*** you call it and charm the world with his d***ishness."

D***ish or not, Teller has several movies lined up. Some of his upcoming projects include "Bleed for This," "Arms and the Dudes," "Allegiant: Part 1" and "Fantastic Four 2."
