TLC's 19 Kids and Counting is again rocked with another scandal. This time, not about Josh Duggar's alleged molestations among other members of the clan, but about Terry Jordan's decades-old rumor of spreading herpes to a sex partner.

Radar Online acquired a copy of restraining order documents from the Washington County court against Terry who has inflected emotional and health distress to an unnamed woman who contact herpes simplex from the reality TV father on December 4, 1991.

The woman's lawyer further said that Jordan 'negligently failed' to inform his partner of his communicable disease.

"Terry Jordan willfully engaged in sexual intercourse with the Plaintiff...knowing at the time of the sexual intercourse that he was a carrier of the herpes simplex virus," the complaint reads.

Jordan defended himself saying that the woman 'left a smile on her face' after she left him in his home at that night of the intercourse, Design Trend said.

He also denied having the disease and claimed that he had no medical records proving that he carried the disease. However, he did not give out his blood samples for testing.

A year later, no developments were heard of from the case anymore as the woman refused to answer medical questions.

The accuser also failed to attend the court hearing which resulted to the awarding of $500 to Amy Duggar's father, Mirror said.

Now 25 years old from its filing, the case is said to be demanding $1 million dollars from Terry Jordan for the woman's damages as she claimed to be "plagued for the remainder of her lifetime".
