iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are available for eight months and apparently now it's time to discuss the next-generation devices - iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. According to rumors, the upcoming iPhones might sport a camera with 12MP sensor, capable of 4K video recording.

The aforementioned leaked document, which has since been removed from its original location, quotes an alleged Foxconn employee and suggests that Apple's next-generation iPhone duo will come equipped with a 12-megapixel camera capable of recording video in 4K, Redmond Pie noted.

Apart from 4K video recording, the camera will have 240 frames-per-second slo-mo capabilities.

The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will also receive the much needed boost in RAM - 2GB.

The upcoming iPhones are also expected to sport 5mp front-facing camera.

Previously, other reports suggested Force Touch and Category 6 4G LTE modems in the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The improved LTE modems will be able to deliver speeds up to 300 Mbps.

However, these are just rumors and none of features have been confirmed by Apple.
