Mortal Kombat X Update: Predator DLC In July, Leaked Videos Show Gameplay

Predator's much awaited appearance in Mortal Kombat X is slated for this month but leaks have already given gamers a sneak peek at what the alien from the 1987 hit flick is capable of.

Gameplay video posted by Youtuber AllGamesBeta shows Predator facing numerous opponents. The alien character retains all his moves from the movie, including his camouflage. Predator can also skewer his opponents with claws and lift them off the ground to inflict damage. His fatality move sees Predator drive a metal disc into the skull of the opponent to slice it. Up on victory, he collects his opponent's skull as trophy, keeping with his movie character.

The gameplay videos posted by avid fans which were later taken down, also show Carl Weathers costume for Jax.

Christian Today reports that Predator DLC will have to be purchased like other two DLCs which introduced Tanya and Jason Voorhees. The $ 30 Kombat pack can help players acquire all characters. Gamers who do not want to pay can unlock characters in the challenge tower. Some gamers have reportedly spotted the Predator in the tower.

At least one more DLC character, rumoured to be Tremor, is expected to be launched after Predator by the game's maker NetherRealm studios.
