Tyler Posey, known for his role as a werewolf in MTV's "Teen Wolf," has opened up about his first kiss, which was with fellow childhood star, Miley Cyrus, to ETonline.

Posey worked with Miley's father, Billy Ray Cyrus, when he was just nine-years-old on the set of the PAX medical drama, Doc. The 23-year-old actor reminisced on the time when Miley would visit the set.

"I was basically the only kid on set. She would come on set every now and then and we became really good friends," Posey said. "We were both goofy and she was really loud, sweet, and funny -- just a really cool kid."

Posey and Miley then developed a very young relationship that lasted two years.

"We were so damn young... I would get excited when we would hold hands," Posey recalled. "She was herself at seven years old. She knew who she was. I never met anyone like that at my age."

After his very young relationship, Posey went on to date Seana Gorlick. They were together for 12 years before parting ways in October 2014.

In the interview, Posey also talked about the LGBT movement.

"It's a huge part of my life," Posey "I'm a huge advocate of just being yourself. It's really cool to be part of the generation that is experiencing all of this love."

Miley also revealed recently that she loves both men and women. She is rumored to be dating Victoria's Secret model, Stella Maxwell.

Posey's "Teen Wolf" returns for its fifth season on Monday, June 29.
