Bobbi Kristina Brown's family and friends on Thursday gathered to be with her at a hospice in Duluth where she was recently moved.

According to CNN, family members kept pouring in at Peachtree Christian Hospice to visit the 22-year old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. The family has said there was no improvement in Bobbi's health and that she now is in 'God's hands'. Doctors told the family that Bobbi Kristina had suffered irreversible and global brain damage before she was found unconscious in a bathtub at her Georgia home.

Atlanta Journal Constitution reported the police not revealing details of investigation. It was also reported that a civil lawsuit against Nick Gordon in a Georgia court was filed on Wednesday by Bedelia Hargrove, Bobbi Kristina's court appointed legal conservator. The lawsuit alleged that Nick Gordon caused Bobbi Kristina bodily harm resulting in her present condition.

Bedelia claimed that Gordon routinely transferred huge sums of Bobbi's money to his own account. Bobbi was about to spill the beans on Gordon to another person on January 31. The same day, she had a heated argument with Gordon. She could not meet that person as she was found seriously injured.

Based on accounts of neighbors, several reports emerged over the past months indicating that Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon were involved in an argument. However, there have been differing versions as to what caused the argument.

Based on her claims, Hargrove petitioned for $ 10 million in damages.
