Microsoft Surface Pro 4 could be released sometime in July, according to latest rumors. The tablet (hybrid) could be the first to run Windows 10 out of the box.

In terms of specs, the tablet will be powered by Intel Broadwell mobile processor, rather than a Core M CPU with fanless cooling feature. Normal mobile processors have to be fan cooled, but apparently Microsoft has apparently engineered a fanless design, with small vents to allow hot air out of the chassis.

A 12-inch display will feature he same resolution as the Surface Pro 3 (2,160x1,440).

Rumors also suggest that size and weight could be similar to Surface Pro 3 with a significantly thinner form factor.

Another school of rumors suggest that Microsoft might launch a 14-inch variant of the Surface Pro 4 too which will have a resolution of 2,160x1,440, similar to 12-inch model.

The front camera of the upcoming surface might remain 5mp.

The entry-level Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is currently priced at $799 so we believe that the entry level of the upcoming Surface Pro 4 will also cost the same.

Notably, the Redmond-based tech giant has indicated that it would ensure compatibility of accessories like its Type Cover 3 and Docking Station with future generations of the Pro.
