Despite what happened, Shriver and their kids-- Patrick, 21, Christopher, 17, Katherine, 25, and Christina, 23 showed their all-out support for the actor in promoting the recent Terminator movie, US Weekly said.

"I walk into the room and I see the room full of balloons... It was from all four kids and from my wife," he shared. "There was a note - 'You're the greatest dad, the greatest man, we love you dad' - Each one sent a card. Each one sent a gift. That's the relationship we have."

The veteran actor also acknowledge his love child, Joseph with former housekeeper Mildred.

"It is fantastic including my fifth child with Mildred. He's terrific and he totally understands the situation. So, it all has worked out ... It's a very tough situation for him. It's a very tough situation for my kids, very tough situation for my family. It was tough for everybody. But it has happened and now we have to figure it out, right?"

Meanwhile, though Arnold Schwarzenegger had a bad experience with a marriage counselor, he still advised other couples to try and find out if it works for them, E! Online reports.

"I think that people should get help when they need help. We are not against that. But in my particular case, it was not helpful," he told Stern.
