Taylor Swift, whose career continues to rise, wants one thing in her future: a family.

The 25-year-old singer recently sat down with ITV News to discuss her tour and her goals for the future. When asked where she sees herself in 10 years, the "Bad Blood" singer stated that she would like to have a family by then.

Swift, however, acknowledged the difficulties of raising children in the spotlight. She added that she looks up to Hollywood actress/director, Angelina Jolie, who has six children with actor Brad Pitt.

Not only does Swift admire Jolie for her parenting skills, the singer also respects how Jolie lives "her life not just for the purpose of making money or coming up with the most lucrative business deals." Jolie is very active in charity and humanitarian work.

Swift's latest stance on having a family has changed significantly since she started dating British DJ Calvin Harris. Swift and Harris have been dating for months. They have attended concerts together, popped up on each other's Instagram accounts and were seen grabbing food several times together in New York City.

Harris, 31, also recently praised Swift for penning an open letter to Apple. The DJ tweeted, "I just played a gig inside a giant owl and my girl just changed the entire music industry what a day."

In an interview with Instyle from last year, Swift stated that she unsure on whether or not she will be having children in general.

"I don't know if I'll have kids. It's impossible not to picture certain scenarios and how you would try to convince them that they have a normal life when, inevitably, there will be strange men pointing giant cameras at them from the time they are babies," Swift said.

Swift's The 1989 World tour will be making stops in the United Kingdom this week.
