If you thought some day, just some day, Jennifer Lawrence would tweet a picture or post a photo on Instagram, then you're in for disappointment.

The "Hunger Games" actress recently revealed on Nick Grimshaw's BBC 1 radio program that she would never get a twitter or Instagram account.

Why? Because she isn't a fan of social media, according to E!Online.

"I will never get Twitter. I'm not very good on phone or technology. I cannot really keep up with emails so the idea of Twitter is so unthinkable to me," she said.

"I don't really understand what it is. It's like this weird enigma that people talk about," she continued.

"It's fine, I respect that, but no, I'll never get a Twitter," she confirmed. "If you ever see a Facebook, Instagram or Twitter that says it's me, it most certainly is not."

Explaining why she really doesn't want to be on the internet (as if she isn't already), she said:

"...it's because the internet has scorned me so much that I feel like it's that girl in high school that I'm like, 'Oh you want to talk about her? Yeah I'll do that!' Take my hoops off, I'm ready to go."

The internet can be invasive of celebrity lives. More recently, nude photos of Lawrence and several other celebrities were leaked on the web.

"I was just so afraid. I didn't know how this would affect my career," Lawrence opened up to Vanity Fair about the issue calling the scandal a "sex crime."

"It is a sexual violation. It's disgusting. The law needs to be changed, and we need to change. That's why these Web sites are responsible. Just the fact that somebody can be sexually exploited and violated, and the first thought that crosses somebody's mind is to make a profit from it. It's so beyond me. I just can't imagine being that detached from humanity. I can't imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside."
