Justin Bieber's former bodyguard, the one the singer was with when he got into a lot of trouble, is heading to jail, TMZ reported.

The bodyguard, Hugo Hesny was charged with robbery after he allegedly stole a camera from paparazzi Jason Winslow. in Atlanta, Georgia last year. Winslow was attempting to take photographs of Bieber when he was visiting the Sandy Springs Funhouse Arcade. Hesny has accepted a plea and will serve a jail sentence of 45 days.

Hesny has been arrested several times before. In June 2013, he was arrested for attacking paparazzi Jeffrey Binion in Miami. Binion accused Hensy of choking him and demanding that he delete the pictures he took of Bieber when the singer was leaving a recording studio. Bieber has denied any involvement in both cases.

In December of the same year, Hesney was arrested for allegedly attacking a police officer. Hensy was working for Bieber when he started to get into a lot of trouble. Since then, Bieber has cut the bodyguard loose.

Bieber, who just turned 21, has not been involved in any sticky situations recently. The singer is now reportedly focused on his career, which might include one as a fashion designer.

"Just being recognized by the fashion world in such a way so far has been awesome," Bieber said to WWD. "I'm excited to venture into a new lane....Really new and something I've always really liked, but now I'm just moving forward into that direction."

He added, "I just want to make sure it's perfect and right and take my time with it."

Bieber also spoke about Kanye West and his label.

"I know Kanye [West] has been working on his stuff for years and failed and came back and tried again and failed," he said. "It's about trial and error and I don't know if I'm ready for that yet. Fashion's definitely really important, but I got to make sure I'm ready for the failing part of it because I know that comes with it. It's not easy. It's not like putting out an album."

Bieber already has an 'in' with the fashion world. He has previously modeled for Calvin Klein and is very close friends with designer Olivier Rousteing.
