Former Olympian and reality star Caitlyn Jenner showed her appreciation for her plastic surgeon by giving him an inscribed copy of Vanity Fair.

Dr Harrison Lee had performed a facial feminization procedure on Jenner.

In an Instagram shot published by one of Dr Lee's employees, Jenner could be seen posing along with the surgeon holding a signed copy of the magazine.

"To Harrison, Great Job Thank you so much Caitlyn Jenner," she wrote.

A few hours after the surgery, Jenner admitted to having a panic attack when she said to herself, "What did I just do? What did I just do to myself?"

She regained her composure in the end and did not regret the surgery.

"If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, 'You just blew your entire life. "

While speaking to E! News, Dr Lee said the surgery was a success and that Jenner was very happy with the results.

"I don't want to show off, but I think she's ecstatic with the results," he said.

He goes on to add, "She healed remarkably fast.

"Maybe because she's an Olympic athlete... I mean, at 65, she is in remarkable health."

While Dr Lee worked on Caityln's face, Dr Gary Alter did the body procedures to transform her body.
