Google Releases Its First App For Apple Watch - Google News & Weather

Google has released the first app for Apple Watch, Google News & Weather.
The app allows users to read news headlines on their wrist piece and offers to do so via a minimalistic user interface. The app however restricts users from reading the actual content of the story which is kind of limiting.
Other than swiping between news headlines, one useful thing the app allows is that upon Force Touching a headline, the story gets added to the reading list in Safari.
Historically, Google tends to expand its reach to as many iOS users as possible so we can expect Maps, Drive and Gmail in queue to make an appearance on the Apple Watch.
