'Orange is the New Black' Season 3 NEW Trailer: Female Prison is Not Just About 'Lesbian Sex and Strip Searches'

The prisoners of Litchfield are back in a new trailer for Netflix's "Orange Is the New Black", which launches its third season on June 12.

In the newly released trailer, it starts with a scene from the bathroom as the girls are getting ready for the day.

The show follows the story of Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling) who is serving her 15-month stint at Lichfield for working as a drug mule for ex-girlfriend Alex Vause (Laura Prepon).

Vause was paroled after cutting a deal with prosecutors in season 2, but finds herself back behind bars in season 3.

In one noteworthy moment from the new season 3 trailer, Chapman commiserates about prison with fellow inmates Morello (Yael Stone), Yoga Jones (Constance Shulman) and Big Boo (Lea DeLaria).

"People think all we do is have lesbian sex and strip searches and naked cat fights in the shower," she says.

"We also do other things," she quips.

The series' ensemble includes Taylor Schilling, Laura Prepon, Kate Mugrew, Danielle Brooks, Uzo Aduba, Natasha Lyonne, Taryn Manning, Laverne Cox, Michael Harney, Samira Wiley, Yael Stone and more.

The show is loosely based on the true story of Piper Kerman who wrote a book about her experience in prison.

All 13 episodes of "Orange Is the New Black" Season 3 will debut on Netflix on June 12.
